Inserted into the Festival Twins and Fins, was the 1st Stage of CN Longboard 2015. Diogo Gonçalves, of CRCQL, and John Dantas, of Surfing Club of Portugal, were the winners in the Open and U-18 categories, respectively, of the first circuit stage National Longboard 2015, organized by the Ericeira Surf Club. The event was held last June, on the beach of Ribeira d"Ilhas, Ericeira.
Ericeira surf clubs were well represented in the festival
Gustavo Froufe was the sole representative of Ericeira Surf Club in the Open category, reaching the quarter-finals. The event featured 30 subscribers, with quite difficult conditions and some messy waves. Diogo Gonçalves returned to achieve an important victory on the circuit. Behind him were Bruno Grandela (2), John Dantas (3rd) and Manuel Dantas (4).
Already seven competitors participated in the U-18. This year, João Dantas won this category, leaving the remaining podium places for Kathleen Barrigão, and Jose Mestre João Gama, 2nd, 3rd and 4th classified, respectively.

This step had as main sponsors Ericeira Surf & Skate, Ericeira Camping, Australian Gold and as partners the Ribeira d'Islands Surf Restaurant Bar and Hot Dog Drop. Institutional partners were the Portuguese Surfing Federation, Municipality of Mafra, Parish of Ericeira, Ericeira WSR and Fire Volunteers from Ericeira. Media Partners of the stage were the SurfTotal, RCM, Surf Portugal and O Ericeira.
